These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we offer, including surfboard rentals, wetsuit rentals, surf lessons, paddleboarding activities, and river tours. By accessing and using our site and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Riverwave Surf offers the following services:
- Surfboard rentals for various skill levels.
- Wetsuit rentals to accompany your water activities.
- Surf lessons tailored for beginners to advanced surfers.

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and adherence to safety guidelines provided by our instructors.
3. Booking and Payment
- Bookings for rentals, lessons, and tours can be made through our online platform or directly with our staff.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Prices for all services are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in a 50% refund.
- No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are not eligible for a refund.
- In the event of cancellation by Riverwave Surf due to unsafe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Safety and Participation
- Participants in all water activities must be able to swim.
- You must inform our staff of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your ability to participate safely.
- All participants are required to follow the instructions of our instructors and adhere to all safety guidelines.
- Riverwave Surf reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who poses a risk to themselves or others.
6. Equipment Rental
- Renters are responsible for the care and return of all rented equipment in good condition.
- Any damage or loss to rented equipment will be charged to the renter at the full replacement or repair cost.
- A security deposit may be required for certain rentals.
7. Limitation of Liability
Riverwave Surf, its employees, instructors, and agents will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising out of or in connection with the use of our services or website, except where prohibited by law. Participation in watersports activities carries inherent risks, and by booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Riverwave Surf and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
